Delivery within Lebanon

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. We do not ship outside Lebanon.

The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you order. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown at checkout are delivered free.

Payment is cash on delivery. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before it leaves.

Shipping & Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

Orders are shipped through independent third-party logistics providers, such as Aramex or other available carriers.

Once the carrier's tracking system confirms that an order has been “Delivered,” the shipment is considered successfully completed.

Risk Transfer & Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and scanned into their delivery system:

The risk of loss, damage, or delay during transit transfers to the customer.

Amy’s Kids & Babies is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or disputes relating to local delivery after the shipment has been handed over.

We will, however, provide reasonable assistance with locating shipments or submitting claims through the carrier's official procedures.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us because of:

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

The recipient refusing to accept the shipment

Amy’s Kids & Babies may offer the following options:

Reshipment, subject to applicable shipping charges.

Other delivery arrangements, where available.

Signature on Delivery

For shipments containing high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the policies of the selected carrier.
