Welcome to Amy’s Kids & Babies. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website, social-media pages, WhatsApp, or any other official sales channel operated by Amy’s Kids & Babies in Lebanon.

Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, and product packaging or minor details may change from time to time.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, update product information, or remove products from sale at any time.
Orders
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected items. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send you a confirmation message or email.
We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, product information or pricing contains an error, payment cannot be approved, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Please make sure that your contact details, delivery address, and selected products are correct before completing your order.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before you complete your purchase.
We accept cash on delivery only. Payment is due in cash when your order is delivered.
Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply.
Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order by contacting us through WhatsApp at +961 81 993 952 or email at hello@amyskidsandbabies.com.
To be eligible, returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used baby products, including feeding items, pacifiers, underwear, swimwear, and personal-care products, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Personalised, customised, and special-order products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. We will review the request and offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution where applicable.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible before it is prepared or dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate the request.
Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot normally be cancelled. They may instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, notify us promptly through WhatsApp or email so that we can investigate and assist you.
We may request photos, videos, order details, and packaging information before approving a replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including our logo, product photos, text, graphics, branding, and designs, belongs to Amy’s Kids & Babies or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or sales channels. This includes providing false information, placing fraudulent orders, attempting to interfere with our website, or using our content without permission.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to customer inquiries, and improve our services. This may include your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order details.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary order and delivery information with couriers and service providers only when required to fulfil your order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Lebanon. Any consumer rights provided by applicable law remain protected.
